REDUCING LOW-BACK DISCOMFORT
Do not stay with the idea that you cannot pratice sport because of a painful low-back!
Lower-back problems are often associated with an imbalance of strenght and flexibility of the lower back and abdominal muscle group.

I will design a specific program in coordination with a physical therapist to help you reducing your low-back pain.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
Even though it is understood that maintaining a healthy body weight and a healthy way of eating is very important, it is far from being an easy task!
Both strenght training and aerobic  exercise plus a sensible eating plan-produce the best long-term weight-loss results and contribute to a weight-management program.

That will help you to believe in yourself and make of your life what you want!

STRENGTH AND MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT
Your physical appearance and capacity can be positively influenced by strength and muscle gain.
Developing your strength and your muscles is essential to prevent a muscular atrophy.
Without strength stimulation  the muscles and bones gradually become smaller and weaker.
Unfortunately too many strenght-training programs induce injuries and a poor muscle development.

My programs are all safe, effective and efficient for strength and muscular development!

Practising frequent effective exercise is one of the best physical stress-reduction techniques available.
Exercise does not only improve your health and reduce your stress caused by unfitness, it also relaxes tensed muscles and helps you to sleep better.

You should always keep in mind that exercise should be fun.
It is difficult to keep going on with an exercise program that you do not enjoy. .
